Aircraft Rental

Hourly rate for plane rental when purchased in 10 hour blocks. $10 added when no block purchased / pay per flight. Rate includes fuel.


Instructor Fee

Hourly rate for instructor. Not applicable for renters. Same rate applies for Private, Instrument, or Commercial training.

Program Estimates

Private Pilot Program 

40 hours PPL course: $8,800​ (Cherokee)

                                       $9,600 (Archer) 

Instrument Rating Program

40 hours IFR training: $8,800

Commercial Pilot Program

25 hours Commercial Checkride Prep: $5,500

50 hour time build / rental: $8,250

50 hour time build if splitting costs with other pilot: $4,125

CFI Program

10 hours CFI right seat training + 10 hours ground training: $2,750

Note: Actual costs vary based on student need; additional training hours may be required to meet FAA proficiency standards. Rates do not include home study programs or student equipment.
